About me
You want an engineer who has already put software into production, not another AI promise. I spent 20+ years building software and automation that had to hold up under real traffic, from Rails in 2012 to a platform serving about 1.8 million visits a month. That is the judgment I bring: someone who has shipped knows which decision is load-bearing and which is noise.
You also want to know the work will not stall the moment it crosses a time zone. I work async by default: written progress before your standup, decisions documented as we go so nothing lives only in my head, and based in Brazil on UTC-3 I overlap your full US morning for same-day answers. I run my own agents in production, open end to end, so you can read exactly how I work before you trust me with your system.
